Please provide us with your order number within five (5) days of delivery. Return the item(s) to us within 14 days in total. (must arrive at brand's own return address within 14 days from delivery date). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.
